I help visionary – but often overwhelmed – leaders imagine and create innovative ways to live the Gospel glorifying God, impacting their communities, stewarding and teaching future generations.
As a missional leadership specialist, I am a certified life and leadership coach and member of the International Coach Federation. I bring a diversified ministry, cross-cultural missions and business perspective into coaching.
My Story
Early on, I spent a number of years in hospital administration and human resources development before entering ministry. I have extensive experience in teaching, equipping and training, as well as developing training and education initiatives.
I have worked internationally in corporate settings to help clarify vision, re-frame values and speed progress. I am comfortable in cross-cultural and emerging culture situations.
And I spent a lot of years living, working and raising a family overseas.
I am a facilitator in leadership development because I invest deeply in people. My work is in developing training and education initiatives for organizations, businesses, churches and ministries to make the biggest and most lasting impact in their world.
Recently I published WHY GOD THINKS HE CAN USE YOU, 
that speaks to God’s missional desire to use everyone all the time to advance His Kingdom and do good wherever they are.
I have an honorary doctorate – Doctor of Divinity – given to me for the work in which I’ve been involved overseas bringing different groups of people together for common causes. So, you can call me Dr. Glenn, if you want to.
I am married to the wonderful Phyllis, have two adult children, and enjoy good books, good music and good movies.
